Orthopedic Specialists will be providing sports physicals for students on Saturday, May 20, 2017 from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m for only $10. Orthopedic Specialists is located in Palm Harbor, please see the flyer for address information. Students must bring completed school physical forms along with a parent or guardian.
