All incoming juniors and seniors are responsible for completing the summer reading assignment, due within the first two weeks of the 2014-2015 school year. All regular, honors, AP, and dual enrollment students find the corresponding link to see your assignment (below), explained in detail. Unlike other years, this year all incoming freshman and sophomore students will be doing an outside reading assignment in the first quarter in place of a summer reading assignment.
If any students have questions about this assignment, please email Miss Piazza (email@example.com) or Miss Feyedelem (firstname.lastname@example.org).
Thank you and have a great summer!

The Florida Vision Quest Van visited AHS on 4/24/14. With the help of the health screening in December and teacher or student request, over 75 students were identified as needing glasses at AHS. Some students received glasses at their eye doctor, and Florida Vision Quest and Dr. Maher were able to see the rest of our students who did not have the means to get glasses. Dr. Maher saw 46 AHS students. 8 did not need glasses at this time and 38 received glasses.
