Before attending any conditioning or tryouts, you MUST create an account on https://athleticclearance.com. All forms must be signed and dated by the student and guardian to be valid and considered for the team. Please review all forms carefully as some require notarization.
Students make sure you complete all information on athleticclearance.com and upload the EL2 and the notarized Athletic Participation Form.
