Get ready to level up your game this summer! Our Athletics Summer Workout Schedule is now live for June! Check the schedule, bring your energy, and let’s make this summer count! For incoming 9th graders and all returning students interested in participating in sports.

 

ATHLETIC WORKOUT SCHEDULE – JUNE 2025

Location: AHS Athletic Facilities

 

Football: Monday – Thursday 8am – 11am
Cross Country/Track: Tuesday 9am – 11am
Cheer: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 2:30pm – 4:30pm
Flag Football: Monday – Thursday 7am – 9am
Boys Basketball: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 3:30pm – 5:30pm
Wrestling: Tuesday/Thursday 9am – 11am
Weightlifting: Monday – Thursday 9am – 12pm
Volleyball: TBA
Girls Basketball: TBA

 

**All students must be cleared through Athletic Clearance to participate in summer workouts**

Mobile Clinic, Free Sports Physicals

Through the month of June, the mobile clinic will be traveling around Pasco County providing free sports physicals! Closest one to AHS is on 6/16 from 9a – 4:30p.
