Freshman students participated in the 5th Annual Wellness Day this past week, which included vision and hearing screenings. Mrs. Mundy’s Health Occupation Students worked all of the stations with assistance from Sertoma Volunteers for hearing and Rasmussen students for blood pressures for nearly 400 students. Seniors in the Nursing Academy planned, organized and facilitated this outstanding event, with the assistance of AHS School Nurse, Katie Harmon. Chef Wright’s and Mr. Blake’s students also participated in Wellness Day.
